The specialist 3D printer dealer has more than 50 specialist employees in the 3D printing division and four offices in Germany and the Netherlands. ProductionToGo has been part of the Disc Direct group since 1991, aiming to support and advise companies working in the automotive, chemical and electrical industry. Roboze specializes in industrialized 3D printing solutions dedicated to replacing metal with super polymers and composite materials.
Roboze 3D printing systems are already used by several industrial manufacturers such as Siemens Industrieswith the aim of bringing to life complete workflows for the industrialization of 3D printing and increasing the production opportunities of manufacturing companies.
“The close relationship with our customers led us to research and analyze the best solution that could push them beyond rapid prototyping with 3D printing,” said Maximillian Neck, Managing Director of ProductionToGo. “Roboze solutions have proven to be industrial systems, developed for the needs of metal replacement and production of finished parts with the same results as traditional methods.”
Examples of materials from Roboze that can replace metals in extreme working environments include Polymetric PEEK Matrix, Carbon PA and ToolingX CF. Materials developed specifically to obtain high thermal, chemical and mechanical resistance.
Roboze currently offers two series of 3D printers. The PRO Series and the Production Series. The PRO series was developed to support the validation of finished parts additively manufactured with super polymers and engineered materials. It also aims to accelerate the research and development of new applications while accelerating the digitalization of warehouses.
The production series, on the other hand, is made up of three solutions. The ARGO 1000 is the largest and is capable of producing finished parts in a 1m3 print envelope. Roboze also indicates that the ARGO can solve problems related to process repeatability, precision and the production of high-performance polymers and composite materials.
Giancarlo Scianatico, Roboze Business Developer for EMEA, said: “We are delighted to have ProductionToGo on board, but above all we are very happy to have earned their trust. Everyone at Roboze believes that the union of our realities will provide great support to manufacturing companies in the DACH and Benelux region to digitize their production processes, replacing outdated manufacturing methods, producing just-in-time components and on demand with super polymers, constantly reducing costs and time.”
In early 2021, ProductionToGo partnered with Post-processing technologies offer an automated process chain for mass production.
